Refund terms must be finalized before accepting payment. Physical products, digital goods, memberships, preorders, and randomized collectibles may need separate rules.

Refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, and failed fulfillment may reverse discounts, loyalty credits, store credit adjustments, and affiliate or ambassador commissions.
